AT&T Store

Went in for a couple of new phones and had the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! The young man who helped us was Elijah! Not only was he knowledgeable but he was so sweet and friendly we ended up buying more than we had originally planned on..he saved us money as well! I cannot say enough good things about our experience at this store!

Korbin helped me the entire time he was knowledgeable and patient when I asked questions and changed my mind. He offered to help me in the future if I have any issues. I will return to this location because of his service.

My experience was the worse that I have had at a store. and I thought They didn't give me a choice of phones. The worker just gave me the one she felt I needed. I feel she did this to get a commission. My old phone would not working and I needed a phone bad because I had to go out of town and didn't want to go without a working phone. I've not updated my phone in a long time and thought at least i deserved a free phone. But no such luck. The manager and the worker were as rude as you could be to an older person. No respect or concerns for me or the fact that I didn't have the knowledge of the phones the were they did. You need to treat people the way you want to be treated. I worked for 40 years as a counselor for the state of Arkansas and if I did that to a client the Governor would have fired me personally. I need to be compensated in some way for my treatment that day. I didn't even know how to get the phone to the home page when I left there. I couldn't call my family and let them know I was on the way because I was not given any instructions on the use of the phone. I didn't get a charger for the phone. Thank God my old charger worked on the phone. I even asked her if my old charger would work. I would have preferred to have the charger that goes with the phone. Rest assured I will be looking for a new phone service provider now that I'm back in Little Rock. No one should be made to feel the way I felt when I was there. Thanks for nothing AT&T store.

I was so impressed by the service at this store when I damaged my phone beyond repair. The employees were helpful, skilled, and friendly. They helped me get a replacement phone at little cost, overnight, through some insurance in my AT&T plan that I didn't even remember having. The next day when I had trouble transferring data from the damaged phone to the new phone, they worked with me to solve that. Plus, their calmness and cheerfulness helped settle my frayed nerves. They stayed late to help me and a couple of other customers who came in near closing time. Big thumbs-up for this level of service.

The experience transferring over from a different carrier was great! Everything was step by step you’d expect everything to be a long process but Ms.Tonya made it so easy and fun getting me and my mom switched over. She let us know about all the deals and helped us transfer everything from our old phones to the new one. She was very patient and a great help throughout the whole process !!! if your looking to transfer from another carrier or just wanting to upgrade, Go see Ms.Tonya!!!!
